Multi-Pure distributors are a great safeguard to consumers!

NSF tests and certifies drinking water systems for excellence in the industry. Based on their testing, Multi-Pure removes more contaminants than any other filter!

Our Multi-Pure distributors are the best consumer advocates out there! I received a letter this morning from one of our distributors who stumbled across another water filter company's web site that was making false claims. Because our distributors are terrific watchdogs for protecting consumers from fraud in the industry, she wrote a letter to NSF to ask them to check into the matter.

She sent me the response from NSF:

"Please be advised that the water filters being sold under the "___" brand name are NOT certified by NSF International -- we have not validated the testing results for their product as claimed on the website link you provided. Thank you for letting us know about this site. I have forwarded this link to our regulatory enforcement group for follow-up.

If we can be of any further assistance, please let us know."

I get so angry when I see companies making false claims about their drinking water systems, especially because Multi-Pure works very hard to maintain our reputation of integrity. It's not fair to consumers either! Thank you, Multi-Pure distributors, for being such wonderful ambassadors of our company and watchdogs in this industry!
